The County Manager shall act to approve or deny an application for a license or permit under this chapter within a reasonable period of time and in any event shall approve or deny the license 60 days from the date that such application was accepted. Every license or permit issued pursuant to this chapter will terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance unless sooner suspended or revoked.
