§ 32.27  DOCUMENT RECORDING FEES.
   (A)   Effective as of 8:00 a.m. on 1-2-1996, the County Recorder is hereby authorized to charge a supplemental fee for recording a document in an amount not to exceed that allowed by state law.
   (B)   There is hereby established a Records Perpetuation Fund into which all revenue received by the Recorder pursuant to this section shall be deposited.
   (C)   All revenue received by the Recorder pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the County Recorder’ Records Perpetuation Fund.
   (D)   The County Recorder shall post the fee set forth in this section in a prominent place within the Recorder’s Office where the fee schedule is readily accessible to the public.
