(A) Establishment. The Board of Commissioners hereby establishes a fund that shall be known as the Emergency Management Equipment Fund ("the EME Fund").
(B) Deposits. The Greene County Auditor is authorized and directed to deposit into the EME Fund donations or appropriations as may be received to enhance the operation of the Emergency Management Service.
(C) Expenditures. No donations deposited into the EME Fund shall be expended except for the purpose for which such funds were given.
(D) Appropriations. Expenditures from the EME Fund shall be subject to appropriations by the Greene County Council.
