§ 32.12  RADIO REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE FUND.
   (A)   Establishment of the Radio Repair and Maintenance Fund. The Board of Commissioners hereby establishes a non-reverting fund that shall be known as the Emergency Management Services Radio Repair and Maintenance Fund (Radio Repair Fund).
   (B)   Deposits. The County Auditor is authorized and directed to deposit into the Radio Repair Fund, such funds as are received by the Emergency Management Services from state and federal grant programs related to the provision of 800 MHZ radio equipment for county emergency service providers. The moneys accumulated in the EMS Fund shall be utilized only as provided in divisions (C) and (D).
   (C)   Expenditures. Except as provided in division (D), no moneys deposited into the Radio Repair Fund shall be expended except for repairs and maintenance of the 800 MHZ radios utilized by emergency service providers in the county.
   (D)   General operation.  In the event the Emergency Management Agency establishes that the Radio Repair Fund has accumulated moneys in excess of those needed for the purposes set forth in division (C), the Emergency Management Director may, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners, expend funds from the Radio Repair Fund uses related to the general operation of the Emergency Management Agency.
   (E)   Administration of Fund. The Director of the County Emergency Management Agency shall be responsible for the administration of the Radio Repair Fund and shall authorize and approve all expenditures from the Radio Repair Fund.
   (F)   Appropriations. Expenditures from the Radio Repair Fund shall be subject to appropriation by the County Council.
