§ 32.11  SELF-INSURANCE FUND.
   (A)   The Auditor of the county is authorized and directed to withhold or cause to be withheld from participating employees’ salaries or wages whatever part of the cost of the plan the Board of Commissioners, shall, from time to time, designate to be withheld from the employees’ salaries or wages.
   (B)   The Auditor of the county is authorized and directed to deposit into the Fund all premiums collected from employees and all funds appropriated and designated for the payment of insurance premiums and claims.
   (C)   The Auditor of the county is authorized and directed to pay from the Fund, insurance premiums due and owing pursuant to the insurance contract, and also to pay any claims due and owing by the county pursuant to the contract.
   (D)   In the event the county terminates its self-insurance plan, any moneys in the Fund shall be deposited into the County General Fund.
