§ 32.06  IDENTIFICATION SECURITY PROTECTION FUND.
   (A)   Establishment of the County Identification Security Protection Fund. Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7.5-11(b), there is hereby established the County Identification Security Protection Fund (the “Fund”).
   (B)   Administration. The Fund shall be administered by the County Recorder.
   (C)   Appropriations. Expenditures from the Fund shall be subject to appropriation by the County Council.
   (D)   Deposits. Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7.5-6(c), commencing on 1-1-2006, and continuing until 6-30-2011, the County Recorder shall deposit into the Fund the sum of $2 for each fee collected for the recording of a document. This provision shall expire on 7-1-2011, unless otherwise extended by state law.
   (E)   Expenditures. Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7.5-11(d), no moneys deposited into the Fund shall be expended, except to purchase, upgrade, implement or maintain redacting technology used in the office of the County Recorder; provided, however, the County Recorder shall be authorized to make any other expenditures that may, from time to time, be authorized by state law, without further amendment to this section.
   (F)   No reversion. Moneys remaining in the Fund as of 6-30-2011 shall remain in the Fund and shall not revert to the County General Fund.
   (G)   Governing law. The Fund shall be administered consistent with and subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-2-7.5, as may be amended from time to time.
   (H)   Effective date. This section shall be effective commencing on 1-1-2006.
