§ 151.60  DESIGNATION OF VARIANCE AND APPEALS BOARD.
   The Board of Commissioners, or such persons who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners to serve as members of a Variance and Appeals Board, shall serve as the Variance and Appeals Board and hear and decide appeals and requests for variances from requirements of this chapter.
