§ 151.01  STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Indiana Legislature has in I.C. 36-1-4-11 granted the power to local government units to adopt ordinances, including ordinances to control land use within their jurisdictions. Therefore, it is hereby ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Greene County, Indiana, and the Board of Commissioners of Greene County, Indiana, does hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
