(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14-3, the Board of Commissioners hereby establishes the County Department of Redevelopment (the “Department”), for the purposes and to exercise the powers set forth in the Act or otherwise granted by law. The Department will be controlled by a board of five members, to be known as the County Redevelopment Commission (the “Redevelopment Commission”), each of whom shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect as of 1-9-2001.
