§ 150.04  AUTHORIZATIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable in all unincorporated areas of the county. The incorporated cities and towns of Bloomfield, Linton, Lyons, Jasonville, Newberry, Switz City and Worthington shall have the option to adopt this chapter by each respective city council or town board.
