§ 94.03  PROHIBITION.
   No person or any owner, occupant, tenant or any person have a substantial property interest in any real or personal property within the unincorporated limits of the county shall maintain, create, cause, place, deposit, leave or permit a nuisance to remain on private property within the unincorporated limits of the county.
