(A) Each employee of the county shall be directly notified of the smoking prohibition.
(B) Signs shall be posted at all public entrances of any public building, or place of employment, under the care and control of the county reading “state law prohibits smoking within eight feet of this entrance”.
(C) Conspicuous signs shall be posted indoors of all public buildings under the care and control of the county reading “Smoking is prohibited by state law”.
