§ 92.13  INTERPRETATION OF EFFECT UPON EXISTING ROADWAYS.
This subchapter shall not be interpreted or construed to require the upgrading of existing county highways and roadways to the minimum standards set forth herein, nor shall it be construed to impose upon property owners and developers a set of requirements to be applied to all private roadways established hereafter. However, no roadway shall be accepted into the county highway system without first meeting the minimum standards contained in this subchapter, unless the acceptance is conditional upon the minimum standards being first met.
