§ 92.12  RECORDATION OF PRIVATE ROADWAY AS A COUNTY ROAD.
   Upon acceptance and adoption of the private roadway as a county road, the petitioner shall cause a copy of the petition of acceptance and resolution of acceptance adopted by the Board of Commissioners to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county.
