§ 92.10  MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS.
   The County Highway Superintendent shall maintain a record of the roadways included in the county highway system. Upon acceptance of a private roadway into the county highway system, the roadway shall be designated as a county road, identified by number or name and placed in the records of the Highway Department.
