(A) The Board of Commissioners may, in its discretion:
(1) Accept the petition without conditions;
(2) Accept the petition with conditions; or
(3) Deny the petition for acceptance.
(B) If acceptance of the roadway is made with conditions, the roadway shall not be deemed accepted into the county highway system until the Board has received written confirmation by the County Highway Superintendent that all conditions have been satisfied, and the same is approved by the Board.
