§ 92.06  FACTORS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE.
   Before accepting a private road into the county road system, all relevant factors, including the following factors, shall receive consideration:
   (A)   Safety for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic;
   (B)   Efficiency of service to all users;
   (C)   The number of citizens who will be served by the road;
   (D)   The need for accessibility by police, fire fighters, school buses and other public services;
   (E)   The location of the private roadway to other county roads;
   (F)   The extent to which the convenience and benefit of property owners is outweighed by the cost of maintenance; and
   (G)   Any other relevant factors which may affect the public good.
