§ 91.13  INTERPRETATION; APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter shall be construed to be in conformity with state laws governing animal control, hunting and fishing activities, and any provision of this chapter inconsistent with state laws shall be deemed void to the extent that it contravenes state laws.
