(A) A person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a Class A ordinance violation and shall be fined the sum of $500 per violation, plus all costs and attorneys fees for the collection of such fines.
(B) A person who is found to have violated any provision of this chapter a second time within one year of a previous violation shall be fined the sum of $1,000, plus all costs and attorneys fees for the collection of such fines.
(C) A person who is found to have violated any provision of this chapter a third time within one year of two previous violations shall be fined not less than $1,500 and not greater than the sum of $2,500, plus all costs and attorneys fees for the collection of such fines.
