The Board of Supervisors of the township have determined that the following township roads are located in a residence district as provided in the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362, and hereby establish the maximum speed limit for said roads at 25 mph. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a higher speed than said maximum speed limit.
