Notwithstanding the prohibitions contained in this chapter, permits may be obtained from the Administrative Secretary/Treasurer for good cause shown allowing temporary parking on the aforementioned streets. Said temporary permits shall only be valid if the conditions established by the township and contained on said permits are fully complied with by the permitee. Said permits are to be conspicuously posted by the property owner at the location of the property line meeting the right-of-way line.
