Any individual or entity found to have violated any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000, or undergo imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days, or both. Each additional day or provision of this chapter violated shall constitute a separate offense.
