§ 70.03 VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITS ESTABLISHED.

   (A)   Pursuant to the findings under § 70.02, no motor vehicle or combination shall, when operated on any of the roads or bridges listed in Chapter 72, Sch. I of this code of ordinances, have a gross weight exceeding the weight limit listed for said road in Chapter 72, Sch. I.

   (B)   The following motor vehicles shall be exempted from the restrictions imposed under division (A) above:

      (1)   School buses;

      (2)   Emergency vehicles;

      (3)   Vehicles making local deliveries or pickups; and

      (4)   Locally owned empty trucks traveling to or from the owner’s residence.
