After the effective date of this section, property owners who propose on-lot septic systems on lots of ten acres or more shall be exempt from the permit requirements of this section as long as said on-lot septic system meets the requirements set forth in the Sewage Facilities Act (35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq.), 25 Pa. Code Ch. 72, § 72.22(e) and (f) (as amended by Act 149), and any future amendments thereto, and adopted by reference as if set out in full herein, and the owner provides the ten-acre permit exemption documentation as set forth in the attachment hereto and on file in the township offices, which must be completed and filed with the township prior to construction of the system.
