§ 51.01  PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.
   No person shall install an individual sewage disposal system or construct any building in which an individual sewage disposal system is to be installed without first obtaining a permit from the Township Administrative Secretary/Treasurer indicating that the site and the plans and specifications of such system are in compliance with the provisions of the Act of January 24, 1966, P.L. 537, § 1, known as the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act (35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq.) and the standards adopted pursuant to said Act; provided that, the provisions contained in said Act applicable to individual sewage systems shall be hereafter extended to and be applied to any and all individual sewage systems, without regard to the size of the lot, parcel or tract of land upon which said facility is to be constructed and which shall result in the disposing of sewage in whole or in part into the soil of the said property or into any waters of this township. A fee in the sum as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and stipulated in the township’s annual fee resolution shall be paid to the township at the time of making application for an individual or community sewage disposal system.
