It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Violate, cause or assist in the violation of any provision of this subchapter;
(B) Cause municipal waste generated within the township to be processed, treated or disposed of at a facility other than the disposal facilities under contract with the township pursuant to written waste disposal agreements;
(C) Collect or transport municipal waste generated within the township without a valid license issued by the county;
(D) Hinder, obstruct, prevent or interfere with the township in the enforcement of this subchapter; or
(E) Act in any manner that is contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.
