All municipal waste collectors and transporters permitted by the county and hereafter operating in the township shall deliver and dispose of all municipal waste generated within the township, other than recyclable materials as may, in the future, be designated in a township recycling ordinance, only at sites designated by the township. In this regard, the township reserves the right to contract for waste disposal capacity reservation with any or all disposal facilities licensed to be a disposal site by the county. It shall be the responsibility of the municipal waste collectors operating in the township to contact the Township Administrative Secretary/Treasurer during January of each year to secure a listing of waste disposal facilities under contract with the township, together with the terms thereof.
