§ 154.041  PLAN SUBMISSION.
   (A)   Four copies of the SWM site plan shall be submitted to the township. The township shall then distribute copies for review as it deems necessary, but shall generally distribute them as follows:
      (1)   One copy to the municipal engineer.
      (2)   One copy to the Beaver County Planning Commission.
   (B)   One copy of the SWM site plan shall be submitted to the Beaver County Conservation District when the project involves a regulated earth disturbance activity.
   (C)   Additional copies shall be submitted as requested by the township or DEP.
