§ 33.33  PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE AGREEMENT.
   The purpose of said intergovernmental cooperation agreement is to perform minor road maintenance including snow removal, patching, grading and repairs (excluding major work such as milling, subbase and paving) on borough streets, roads and alleys.
