The agreement between the Borough of Hookstown, the Borough of Georgetown and the Township of Greene (“the township”), contained herein below, for intergovernmental cooperation in providing aid and assistance for fire protection and emergency services, is hereby accepted and approved.

The intergovernmental cooperation agreement codified herein was signed by the township on March 4, 1992. The Constitution and By-laws of the Board are on file in the township offices.
