§ 152.109  INSPECTION.
   At the time each improvement is to be installed, and upon its completion, the subdivider shall notify the Township Board of Supervisors so that adequate inspections can be made. The inspection will be made by the Township Engineer. All costs of undertaking the inspection will be borne by the subdivider.
