The purpose of good subdivision and site design is to create a functional and attractive development, to minimize adverse impacts and to ensure a project will be an asset to the township. To promote this purpose, the subdivision plan must conform to the following standards, which are designed to result in a well-planned community without adding unnecessarily to development costs.
