§ 152.033  REVIEW BY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   After review and report thereon by the Township Planning Commission and prior to action by the Township Board of Supervisors, all requests for subdivision of property within the township shall be submitted to the County Planning Commission for review and comment.
