This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority delegated to the township by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq.. This chapter is further adopted to, in part, effectuate provisions, goals and directions of the Comprehensive Plan of the township, which was adopted and approved by action of the Board of Supervisors of the township by Res. 6-90 on November 6, 1990, as reviewed, updated and amended.
