§ 31.06  POSTING OF BOND.
   The Administrative Secretary/Treasurer shall post bond, with a corporate surety in an amount approved by the Board of Supervisors, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his or her duties. The fee for said bond shall be paid by the township.
