Directives to the Administrative Secretary/Treasurer, other than requests for correspondence or other non-impacting inquiries, should be done by a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors, and not by a single member of the Board. When conflicts arise over directives given by individual Board members, the dispute shall be resolved by the Chairperson.
