§ 150.23  POSTING AND DISPLAY OF ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION NUMBER PLATES.
   (A)   All owners of each property/dwelling/building shall conspicuously post the above-described address identification plate, if possible, at the entrance of the driveway to the premises; the reflective side of the number plate shall be posted toward the traffic flow.
   (B)   The identification number plate shall be mounted at a minimum height of two feet four inches (bottom of plate from ground).
   (C)   The plate may be mounted on display posts such as a wood pole, steel rod or masonry pillar. If displayed on a structure or dwelling, rather than at the driveway entrance, the number plate must be clearly visible from the street which provides public access to the premises.
   (D)   Regardless of the type of posting used, the identification number plate must be clearly visible, the view of the plate not to be obstructed by vegetation, trees or any other object.
