§ 150.22  SIGN SPECIFICATIONS; AVAILABILITY FROM TOWNSHIP; POSTING REQUIRED ON PRIVATE ROADS AND MULTIPLE-USE BUILDINGS; REPLACEMENT PLATES.
   (A)   The identification numbers to be posted shall be on address signs approved by the township. The address signs shall be made of seven-inch by ten-inch aluminum plate with a white reflective Mylar background with four-inch “B” series black letters or numbers. The township shall supply one original sign plate to each property owner free of charge, except as stated herein.
   (B)   The county enhanced 9-1-1 system is established to provide a separate identification number for every 52.8 feet of public road frontage. The township, therefore, will provide an original sign plate to the owner of property fronting on a public road. Any owner of property fronting on a private road and any owner of property with multiple uses served by one driveway accessing on a public road (i.e., mobile home parks, apartment complexes, industrial parks, multi-family residences and the like) shall be required to post a separate identification sign plate on each individual parcel or lot so as to further identify the property in emergency situations after the emergency response person or vehicle has left the public road system. The plates required hereby shall not be supplied to the owner by the township, but must be purchased by the owner at the owner’s expense.
   (C)   For any additional or replacement plates, current market charge will be assessed the property owner.
