(A) Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S. Ch. 49; and 67 Pa. Code Ch. 189, the operator shall be responsible for repairing any damage to township roads caused by traffic associated with the timber harvesting operation to the extent the damage is in excess of that caused by normal traffic and shall be required to furnish a bond to guarantee the repair of such damages.
(B) The operator shall be responsible for removing all mud and debris caused by the logging operation from any township road within 24 hours or mud and debris will be removed by township employees with the cost being paid by the operator.
