§ 110.08  SUPERVISION OF ACTIVITIES; RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   The Township Supervisors or his or her designated representative shall supervise the activities of all persons holding licenses under this chapter. The Administrative Secretary/Treasurer shall keep a record of all licenses issued hereunder and shall make a report thereof each month to the Township Supervisors.
