Household and business membership for Greendale Emergency Rescue, Inc. shall be furthered by means of the collection of $1 per month noted on the monthly utility statements issued by the Utility Department and the funds received shall be deposited to the Emergency Rescue Support Fund and transferred therefrom to Greendale Rescue, Inc. on a regular basis.
