Whereas notice of a proposed levy to provide funds for the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund has been given to taxpayers of the city by publishing in two local newspapers for two consecutive weeks, on 8-1-1968 and 8-8-1968, and there were no remonstrances and no objects presented at the hearing held before the City Council, at the City Hall, on 8-13-1968, at 7:30 p.m., upon the establishment of a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund pursuant to I.C. 36-9-16 et seq., the City Council does hereby create and establish a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.
