(A) To request mileage reimbursement, a city official shall calculate, by odometer readings, the number of miles he or she travels in his or her own automobile in pursuit of city business and submit to the Clerk-Treasurer in claim form.
(B) Employees shall be reimbursed for use of their personal cars at a rate of reimbursement being established by prevailing federal standards, and upon compliance with all regulations set forth by the State Board of Accounts.
