§ 33.11 STATUS AND SENIORITY.
   (A)   Full-paid firefighters shall be considered as employees of the city assigned to the Fire Department, and not as members of the Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   Seniority will prevail as shown by the records of the Fire Department for the period of service that the full-paid firefighter has worked for the city.

§ 33.12 RETIREMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS; EFFECT ON COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Full-paid firefighters shall retire at age 65 or in accordance with the Firefighters’ Pension Act of 1977.
   (B)   Partially-paid firefighters shall retire at age 65, and total compensation shall be $60 per year.
   (C)   Volunteer firefighters who became members of the Fire Department subsequent to 1-1-1953 shall automatically be transferred from active to inactive membership, and total compensation shall be $60 per year, at the age of 65.
