§ 32.09 STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON ISSUANCE OF CITATION.
   Pursuant to the provisions of state law, no citation for the violation of any enforcement provision of this code shall be issued and served if more than one year has elapsed since the alleged violation has occurred.
