For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED STREETS. All private roads and highways, as those terms are defined by I.C. 9-13-2-137 and 9-13-2-73 respectively, within the city's jurisdiction which have not been disallowed by ordinance.
GOLF CART. A commercially manufactured four wheeled motor vehicle originally and specifically designed and intended to transport one or more individuals for the purpose of playing the game of golf on a golf course and that has not been modified in any fashion to increase speed.
