§ 31.24 WORK SCHEDULE; OVERTIME PAY; CALL-INS.
   The regular work week shall be five days per week, eight hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Time and one-half shall be paid for all work performed in excess of eight hours in one day or 40 hours in any week, and shall be paid for all work performed on Saturday. Double time shall be paid for all work performed on Sunday. Any employee in any department called in to work by the employer on any day shall receive four hours call-in pay at the prevailing overtime-rate. This provision shall apply whether the call-in is made before or after normal working hours.
