(13) - Auto scrap yards and junkyards must be either in enclosed buildings or completely surrounded by solid walls/fences at least 8 feet high. | ||||

(15) - The conditional use permit application must include a report by the Health Officer or State Board of Health, and the State Fire Marshal, that the uses applied for will not be injurious to the public health and safety. This classification may also include any other use which may, under some circumstances, be injurious to public health or safety, but which may with proper safeguards be designed so as not to be injurious. | ||||
(16) - In connection with which no business is conducted, other than interior facilities located in the lobby, and without outside display or entrance. | ||||
