***   In the “A” District, an accessory use structure may not be erected prior to the erection of the principal structure, except strictly for storage purposes and not for human occupancy. (Also see definition of BUILDING, PRINCIPAL in § 155.004.)
(1) - Raising of livestock or poultry are not permitted. Maintenance of vegetable/flower gardens is permitted under this classification.
(2) - Including purposes essential to utilities operation, but not including commercial or industrial structures or uses.
(3) - Including purposes essential to railroad operation, but not including railroad yards, shops, stations, engine storage, or commercial or industrial structures or uses.
(4) - Quarters for bona fide servants employed by the occupants of the dwelling on the same lot, but only on the second floor of the building.
(5) - One guest house with cooking facilities on lots containing not less than 12,000 square feet.
(6) - Entirely within enclosed buildings.
(7) - Using not more than 2 clothes-cleaning units, neither of which shall have a rated capacity of more than 40 pounds, using non-explosive and non-flammable cleaning fluid.
(8) - Not exceeding 3,000 square feet in area.
(9) - Must be conducted only within buildings so constructed that no noise of any kind is audible beyond the confines of the building.
(10) - Only in conformity with laws and ordinances governing the use.
(11) - These classifications also include the same specific sub-classifications as set forth under each in the “LB” District portion of the table.
(12) - These classifications, in addition to any sub-classifications expressly set forth thereunder, also include as “permitted uses” any other uses strictly meeting the definition of GENERAL BUSINESS USE, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE, or INDUSTRIAL USE under § 155.004, respectively, and which are not otherwise classified in the table.
(13) - Auto scrap yards and junkyards must be either in enclosed buildings or completely surrounded by solid walls/fences at least 8 feet high.
(14) - May include inflammable liquids in above-ground tanks, but not oil refinery tanks.
(15) - The conditional use permit application must include a report by the Health Officer or State Board of Health, and the State Fire Marshal, that the uses applied for will not be injurious to the public health and safety. This classification may also include any other use which may, under some circumstances, be injurious to public health or safety, but which may with proper safeguards be designed so as not to be injurious.
(16) - In connection with which no business is conducted, other than interior facilities located in the lobby, and without outside display or entrance.
(17) - Hazard Material Management Plan required for uses that store materials.
(18) - Must comply with Itinerant Merchant laws and ordinances.
(19) - Group homes will be permitted by the City of Greendale in additional zoning districts as required by state and federal law.
