No building, structure, or land shall be erected, altered, or enlarged in a local business district or multi-family residential zoning district unless it shall provide for and maintain a green area buffer between the road right-of-way and any building, structure, or improvement (excluding a ground-mounted sign) of at least 15 feet in the front yard and of at least seven and one-half feet in the side yard and rear yard.
