§ 155.127 FORM AND COLOR STANDARDS.
   (A)    No building, structure, or land shall be erected, altered, or enlarged in a local business district or multi-family residential zoning district unless the exterior thereof shall be of a traditional form, material, color, and color scheme. The owner shall cause to be submitted to the Planning Commission an architectural plan which shall depict the form, material, color, and color scheme of the building or structure, along with any additional data required.
   (B)   The architectural plan must be approved by the Planning Commission prior to the issuance of any improvement location permit.
